Who processes the data

What data is used

Name, business name or niche, and one contact method (phone, Telegram, or WhatsApp) provided in the audit request; an optional approximate database size; the fact and time consent was given; technical request data (page and submission time). Once a rollout begins — the business’s customer database contacts (phone, Telegram ID, service, visit date, and other attributes used for segmentation) that the business shares with AGAINIO to configure scenarios.

Why the data is needed

To respond to the request, schedule the free audit, and prepare the database review — and, after a rollout, to configure segmentation, automated scenarios, and communication on behalf of the client business.

Third-party services

Depending on the feature, data may be processed by Telegram, an SMS provider, and hosting/infrastructure providers. Each service operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

Security and retention

Secrets and tokens are stored with restricted access. Data is kept for as long as necessary to operate the service, fulfill obligations, and protect legitimate interests, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, request that processing be restricted, and withdraw consent to be contacted.
